While we provide information and support to help customers apply for an ETA smoothly, the approval of the ETA and entry into the UK are entirely at the discretion of the UK government and the UK Home Office.
UKETAAPPLICATIONSYSTEM INC accepts no legal liability if an ETA application is not approved or if entry is denied.
Terms of Service
By using our ETA application facilitation services, customers are deemed to have agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Applicants must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and up-to-date, and any issues arising from the provision of false information are the applicant's responsibility.
The ETA application fee includes service charges and government processing fees and is non-refundable once submitted.

Customer information is used solely for processing the ETA application and is not shared with third parties.

ETA Approval and Entry Not Guaranteed
UKETAAPPLICATIONSYSTEM INC supports the ETA application process; however, the approval of the ETA is subject to the discretion of the UK Home Office.
Even if your ETA is approved, final entry is determined by the judgment of the UK Border Control officers.
If the ETA is rejected or entry is denied, we do not provide any compensation or refunds.
