ETA Status Check

1. If you do not receive an email regarding your ETA status (approved, pending, or denied) within 72 hours of your application, please use the ETA status check service.

2. The ETA status check process is completed within 1 hour, and the status will be sent to you via email as a PDF file.

3. If your ETA is still valid, you may print the PDF file and present it at boarding. There is no limit to the number of times you can visit the UK.

Application Lookup

Enter your passport number exactly as it appears on your passport.

The passport number is printed on the top right of the passport photo page and can also be verified on the bottom left of the same page.

Select your date of birth exactly as it appears on your passport.

Use the calendar to select your date of birth. Ensure that the selected date matches your passport information.

Select the nationality as stated on your passport.

Choose the nationality as it appears on your passport or travel document.

Select the issuance date exactly as it appears on your passport.

The issuance date is the date your passport was issued. Enter the correct date to avoid any issues.

Select the expiration date exactly as it appears on your passport.

The expiration date indicates when your passport becomes invalid. Please enter the correct date to avoid any issues.

Enter a valid email address.
